Breakfast: Breakfast will be served, starting at 7:40 am so please plan accordingly.   If students are not eating breakfast please drop off students no earlier than 7:55 am. 

Bussing:   The number 5 shuttle bus will be leaving Lincoln at 7:51 am in order to transfer students to Jefferson. Any questions regarding bussing may be directed to Mr. Gary Carlson-377-4055

Traffic:  For the safety of students and general orderliness, we are asking parents who are transporting their children to drop them off in the gravel drive thru in front of the kindergarten playground. We ask that parents not park their vehicles and leave them unattended in the bus lanes or drive-thru.  To reduce traffic in the parking lot please utilize the drive-thru when dropping off and picking up children.

       For parents who transport their children from the Forest Park area, we ask that you also drop your children off in the gravel drive thru.  Please do not drop them off  by the bus barns-this can be a traffic hazard.

Visitors:  When visiting the school, all visitors are required to stop at the office, sign in and pick up a peel-and-stick visitor’s badge. We also require volunteers to sign in and take a visitor badge each time they visit.

Absences:  If your child plans on being absent, please call the school at 377-4155 and let us know before the school day begins.

Birthday Party Invitations:  Parents are asked NOT to send birthday party invitations to school with their children.  

Character Counts:  Our school will continue emphasis on the six pillars of character: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Citizenship, and Caring.  These pillars will be coordinated with our “Manner of the Week.”

Box Tops, Soup Labels and Coke Rewards- We are still collecting box tops, soup labels and Coke rewards. Please bring them to school so we can continue to purchase items for students and teachers.
